The first examination of a competent doctor will give the right start to a healthy life of the child, because it directly depends on how the development of the baby will be monitored in the future and what preventive measures will be needed.
In addition, if the child has any violations, the doctor will detect them at an early stage and will not allow their development, and will also do everything possible to prevent their occurrence.
The main task of KinderKlinik is children’s health, and therefore today we are launching a social program, thanks to which the consultations of our pediatricians have become even more accessible for you.
If you are a young mother:
– come to any KinderKlinik department within 60 days after discharge from the hospital (or from the date of birth of the child – if you gave birth at home)
– show an extract from the hospital or a copy of it (even a photo on a smartphone will do) or a birth certificate (if you gave birth at home)
– and get the first consultation of any pediatrician (with the exception of the head doctor) – for only 200 UAH. *
The duration of the consultation is 45 minutes.
How is the first examination of a pediatrician?
The pediatrician will conduct a full examination and examination of the child – measure the baby’s body temperature, height and weight, circumference of the chest, head, check the state of the umbilical wound, fontanel, trace after BCG, conduct an auscultation of the lungs and heart, examine the skin, mucous membranes, muscle tone, palpate the tummy child, will examine the ears, throat, nose, answer all your questions, etc.
In addition, the pediatrician will draw up a vaccination schedule and, if necessary, will vaccinate your child. KinderKlinik vaccines against hepatitis A and B, diphtheria, tetanus, hemophilic infections, polio, pertussis, chickenpox, pneumococcal infections, influenza, HPV and other dangerous infectious diseases.
If the need arises, the pediatrician will refer the child to a neurologist, orthopedist, otolaryngologist, surgeon or other specialized specialists; He will write out directions for tests that you can go through right away in our own laboratory.
